Short Description
- Primary duties include fostering an environment of service excellence, superior patient experience, employee and provider engagement; planning and supervising the daily activities of clinical and business operations in the assigned practice.
- Implements and monitors compliance with enterprise-wide standard processes; optimizes resources.
- Supports and operationalizes new growth initiatives.
- Strives for continuous professional development.
- Consistently and effectively communicates organizational information.
- Provides front end support as needed
Experience Required
- At least 2 years' experience in a medical environment required
- supervisory experience preferred.
- MS Office and PC proficient
- EMR experience preferred
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Bachelor’s Science Degree preferred.
The New Jersey Pay Transparency Act requires disclosure of the pay range for this position.
A salary offer will vary based on the job role, candidate experience, qualifications, internal pay equity and market data.
