Then, our Sr. Project Manager opening may be the position for you. In this role, you will work with our IT analysts and business stakeholders to implement complex, cross-functional projects using agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. This role will work with and support agile teams responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Cooper's IT Systems with a strategic focus on an exceptional patient experience, excellence in healthcare and high employee satisfaction. Qualifications needed:
• Successful candidates must be highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
• Highly skilled at leading group discussions, with excellent coordination skills and focus on follow-through.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills for both technical and non- audiences.
• Able to mentor less senior team members and coach scrum teams on project management activities and agile practices.
• Able to contribute to a collaborative culture and positive work environment.
What you will do:
• Lead skilled teams in end-to-end project delivery for high-visibility initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Traverse between classic waterfall, agile and hybrid project management depending on the requirements of the initiative.
• Prepare project documentation i.e. charters, timelines, RAID logs, status reports and stakeholder communication plans.
• Prepare and communicate project status at various levels from team to executive steering.
• Lead project meetings/agile ceremonies.
• Track project metrics.
• Prepare and participate in weekly and quarterly cross team project intake and commitment ceremonies.
• Mentor less senior team members.
• Active participation in PMO continuous process improvement.
Experience Required
• Epic Application experience desired
• 5-10 years of project management experience, including 3+ years in a Scrum Master or Agile delivery role.
• Experience with project management and agile planning tools
Education Requirements
Bachelors required
License/Certification Requirements
• Project Management Institute PMP Certification (PMP) desired or 10 years of project management experience in lieu of certification
• Scrum Master Certification (SCM) desired or 3+ years equivalent experience in scrum master role.

Information Services/Technology Experience
Proficiency in MS office Suite
