Short Description
- Responsible for supporting Cardiac Cath Lab operations and CHI leadership through effective data management, document organization, and coordination of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintains confidentiality while managing personnel and financial documents, including payroll support.
- Provides administrative and operational assistance to the CHI director and Cath Lab leaders with accounts payable, employee reimbursements, financial reconciliations, vendor contracts, financial reporting, budget variance analysis, and quality assurance meeting minutes.
- Analyzes Cardiac Cath and EP schedules to optimize utilization of space and resources. Serves as liaison for physicians, addressing administrative needs within the Cath Lab, while also coordinating with vendors and finance teams to ensure accurate invoice processing.
- Responds promptly to inquiries from vendors and Cooper leadership, applying knowledge of accounts payable, iCooper, Kronos, and finance operations.
- Demonstrates strong customer service and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
Experience Required
3-5 years' experience preferred.
Education Requirements
High School/GED required.
Associate’s degree preferred.
Special Requirements
- Communication – Ability to communicate with patients, visitors, and coworkers required.
- Computer Skills – Ability to create & maintain spreadsheets; navigate a variety of hospital platforms required.
- Attention to Detail – Ability to keep detailed electronic records while multi-tasking required.
- Time management – Ability to keep and maintain electronic files ensuring department deadlines are met - required.
The New Jersey Pay Transparency Act requires disclosure of the pay range for this position.
A salary offer will vary based on the job role, candidate experience, qualifications, internal pay equity and market data.
