Short Description
- The Senior Financial Analyst supports strategic decision making by analyzing complex healthcare data and preparing financial reports for senior leadership.
- This role contributes to performance optimization through ad hoc financial analysis, trend forecasting and benchmark studies.
- This position plays a key role in developing systems and processes that improve access to financial and operational metrics.
- It leads value analysis initiatives, coordinates product evaluation with clinicians and suppliers and ensures regulatory compliance.
- Collaboration with institute leaders and Revenue Integrity is essential to align physician activities through the use of Procedure Analytics.
Experience Required
3-5 years required.
Education Requirements
High School/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
The New Jersey Pay Transparency Act requires disclosure of the pay range for this position.
A salary offer will vary based on the job role, candidate experience, qualifications, internal pay equity and market data.
