Short Description
This position primarily provides administrative and clerical support for Gastroeneterolgy Division and Providers. The position will support patient access by managing provider schedules and the scheduling of patients. They will process requests that include medication refills and prior authorizatons. Chart prep, as needed, and assisting with Institute projects is required. They will need to view shedules throughout the day, support HeroCare/VIP patients, correct urgent issues like scheduling, changes and instructions. They will assist in managing pools, CVs for providers, and legal requests. The position is required to work in Camden at Haddon Team site, as needed.
Experience Required
Minimum 3-5 years Administrative experience.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma required. Associates Degree preferred
Special Requirements
Excellent organizational skills, oral and written communication skills with strong analytical and follow-through skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Must be able to work independently.
Computer literate, expert Microsoft Office and Excel skills; knowledge of Epic is preferred, but not required.
