career guidance.
● Future Opportunities: We view this program as a pipeline. Successful interns gain the experience needed to
apply for our Junior Internal Auditor roles in the future.

● 40% Project Execution: You will be responsible for a specific audit project or set of tasks, analyzing data and
organizing findings.
● 30% Shadowing & Collaboration: You will sit in on meetings with audit stakeholders and work with the team to
understand how we interview auditees and identify risks.
● 20% Data & Reporting: You will use Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/BI/ PowerPoint, etc.) to help the team
synthesize complex data into clear reports.
● 10% The "Final Report": You will synthesize your key learnings and project outcomes into a brief final
presentation for the department leadership.
Who You Are
● A Curious Learner: You ask questions. You want to understand why a process works the way it does.
● A Team Player: You are comfortable working with people from various backgrounds and bring a positive, self-
motivated attitude to the office.
● Organized: You can manage your own small projects and deadlines without needing constant reminders
