Short Description
The primary purpose of the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support for the EMS Director, EMS Operations Manager, EMS Clinical Manager and within the Cooper EMS department.
The EMS administrative assistant coordinates schedules, meetings, correspondence and departmental activities.
Provides administrative support Manages office phones and mail, greets visitors and maintains an organized office environment. Responsible for completing payroll. Some functions of the position must be performed in a confidential manner.
Experience Required
- 3-5 years administrative assistant experience, preferably in a health care setting.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, administrative and computer skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PPT
Education Requirements
High School Graduate required.
Some college preferred.
The New Jersey Pay Transparency Act requires disclosure of the pay range for this position.
A salary offer will vary based on the job role, candidate experience, qualifications, internal pay equity and market data.
