Short Description
Provides administrative support for AHI Medical Specialties.
Responsible for provider schedule management (e.g. Cadence scheduling and/or calendar updates). Assists division manager with provider communication regarding time off and template adjustment requests.
Handles reimbursement submissions, provider on and off boarding, and other Institute projects.
Collaborates with support departments to ensure provider and division success.
Extreme attention to detail necessary and the ability to work independently.
Works at location of Institute Division team
Experience Required
Min 3-5 years admin experience
Education Requirements
High School Diploma required. Associate's degree preferred
License/Certification Requirements
Excellent organizational skills, oral and written communication skills with strong analytical and follow-through skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Must be able to work independently.
Computer literate, expert Microsoft Office skills.
Knowledge of data management and scheduling systems/software (e.g. Epic Cadence, Insight, and Amion) preferred.
The New Jersey Pay Transparency Act requires disclosure of the pay range for this position.
A salary offer will vary based on the job role, candidate experience, qualifications, internal pay equity and market data.
