Short Description

Ability to lead and motivate through traditional and untraditional channels.

Possess excellent “people skills’ and enjoy working in a cross functional environment.

Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Ability to tailor content and concepts based on audience, and create overall communication plans

Ability to build relationships and work with people at all levels of the organization and external partners with different interests and needs

Positive attitude, maturity, humility, strong work ethic, sense of humor, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and low ego

Able to be discreet and protect confidential information

Strong initiative and a quick learner with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills

Highly efficient and detail-oriented with the ability to manage a significant volume of diverse tasks, activities, and projects, including both tactical and strategic projects

Strong attention to quality assurance

Strong business acumen and learning agility to ramp up quickly

High personal accountability and integrity for self and others

Strong communication skills - written, oral, interpersonal

Leverages email, in-person meetings, telephone calls, to ensure delivery method is both timely and engaging
Prepares special communications as necessary 

Interacts with other key administrative functions including Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, Performance Improvement Office as well as Operations areas as necessary in order to execute key assignments

Acts as a resource to staff, physicians, and staff of other departments. SUPERVISION/BUDGETARY


Experience Required

Minimum of 3 years of management experience


Education Requirements

Associate's degree or minimum of 8 years of healthcare experience
