Short Description
Able to alphabetize and file appropriately.
Keyboarding/typing 50 words per minute.
Use of copier, fax and phones.
Take detailed phone messages.
File, copy, mail, answer phones, assist and retrieval of clinical information reports.
Transcription, Outlook scheduling, chart preparation and the scheduling all of IDX appointments.
Experience Required
Knowledge of insurance IDX registration and scheduling possible.
Medical Terminology experience preferred.
IDX experience preferred.
Expert transcription and supervisory skills.
3-5 years secretarial experience.
2 years of medical office experience preferred.
Education Requirements
HS diploma or equivalent
