Short Description:

Responsible for screening patients to identify level of risk (per dept. policy).

Implementing and evaluating the nutritional care of low to moderate risk patients according
to the current policies and procedures of the Food &Nutrition Services Department and the
Cooper Health System Diet Manual.

Menu-collection and other duties as assigned.

Special Requirements:

Scheduled Days / Hours: M-F 830a-5p

Bachelor of Science Degree (BS) in Food, Nutrition, or dietetics or equivalent from accredited college or university or Associates of Dietetics with Diet Tech Registration.

One year as a Diet Tech desirable
Required License/Certifications/ Registration: Current DTR (Dietetic Technician, Registered)
