Short Description
Provides psychosocial assessments and short-term counseling services for employee
population of internal/external Employee Assistance Program for issues affecting
job-related performance and/or personal well-being.
Evaluates and refers to outside treatment, counseling, or community resources when
necessary.
Conducts in-service trainings and management consultations.
Assists director in organizational development interventions, involvement in committees
and special projects.
Provides crisis intervention services.
Education Requirements
Master’s Degree required. |
5 years post graduate experience, 2 of which are providing counseling services in the following areas: stress management, grief, relationship/family issues, substance abuse, depression and anxiety. EAP experience preferred. |

Scheduled Days / Hours: M-F Days/Eves; License (or Certification):NJ-LSW Required; Education:MASTERS Required
