Primary liaison within and outside of HR for the processing of HRIS.
Report requests and development of reports using, but not limited to, Lawson HR Writer,
Crystal Reports, Microsoft Add-ins and Microsoft Excel reporting tools.
Process, develop and maintain ad hoc and regularly scheduled reports as a result of
processing the request.
Analyze HRIS data, transactional processing flows, and improves data related processes.
Proactively audits and maintains HRIS data and transactions, and is responsible for system
Considers HRIS processing audit objectives and best practices, and incorporates such
practices into daily transactions.
Works closely with the Senior HRIS Data Operations Analyst in routinely analyzing and
releasing HRIS transactions for update in Lawson, once they are logged and reviewed for
completeness by the HRIS specialist.
Supports other functional areas in the troubleshooting, research and resolution of any
reported data or system errors that are uncovered in data inquiry, review, reporting or data
retrieval, and proactively responds with notification and/or recommendations to designing a
procedure to avoid/reduce future occurrences.
Works closely with the Senior HRIS Analysts in developing reporting responsibility for all
HRIS related scheduled and ad hoc report requests.
Reports that move to regularly scheduled recurring production reports will generally move to
the HRIS Analyst after it is developed and tested by a Senior HRIS Analyst.
Supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing, interfaces and serves as a backup to the
Senior HRIS Data Operations Analyst on responsibilities.

BA in HR, Business, Information Technology or other relevant field required.
3-5 years of HRIS or HR generalist or specialist experience with report development and analysis.
One to three years of data management and/or transactional/processing experience.
Understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefit procedures in order to ensure correct implementation and maintenance.
Understanding of HRMS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with database reporting tools, preferably Access and Crystal.
Thorough knowledge of MS Excel. Experience with HRIS system(s), preferably Lawson.
