BUSINESS DATA ANALYST - Patient Representative

The Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of the Patient Experience programs (EARS, My Rounding, Linguistics, Patient Relations, Volunteer Services and Pastoral Care at Cooper.
The Analyst will work closely with Information Technology teams and external vendors to establish and maintain the processes necessary for the success of the customer experience (EARS, My Rounding) program. Analyst will also oversee the various internal and external reporting milestones and their deadlines (including the weekly /monthly updates and scorecards; and the quarterly updates to regulatory bodies)
Scheduled Days / Hours: M-F 8:30-5; Education:BACHELOR Required
Bachelor Degree Required
2 years experience analyzing data to generate meaningful insights and create effective reports and presentations.
Experience working with data sets, conducting qualitative /quantitative research and interpreting My Rounding and EARS data.
Project Management experience required (managing multiple projects to achieve goals and desired results within given timeframes).
Experience in communicating with individuals and groups across all levels of the organization.
